If you guys don’t want to do a job just say that. If the estimated cost of a repair isn’t something you want to waste your time on fine, but how about letting the customer know instead of standing them up. Even better, a list of some local handymen in the area to provide so homeowners have a point of direction would even be helpful. Maybe those handymen can give you a referral bonus or something. I was referred to your business by someone who thought you did decent work and from this experience, neither them or I will be referring you to anyone else. Left me high, dry and confused.

I cannot even begin to express how incredibly fantastic Modern Exterior Roofing was for my insurance claim. They worked hard with me and my insurance company to make sure I got a beautiful new roof. Danny, my salesperson put the extra time and effort in to professionally work with my insurance company to make sure the process was stress free and seamless. Communication was over the top. This is not a company that leaves you hanging, and clueless. You are informed all the way. Roofer were great! Foreman was here all day(yes they got my roof done in one day), to answer questions and work through any issues his staff had. Again, seamless, and stress free. I 100% reccomend that if you are looking for a knowledgeable, crazy strong work ethic, and great quality work roofing company. G

Was very happy with the outcome of my roof. At first Dan Foley worked with me thru the claim process and paperwork. Then gave me breakdowns of different prices for shingles and benefits of each. When the crew came to install I was alerted by the project manager when the would be at my house. When they came the roofing crew knocked it out in a day and after cleanup you wouldn't know they where there.
