We had flooring done by them, and after a few years a few places were buckled. They came out to look at it, and said they would stand behind getting it repaired. The supplier found replacement pieces that matched, and the work was done superbly. I recommend Flooring America that they do what they say. I'm very pleased with everything they do!

We recently ordered carpet for three of our rooms, expect installation in two weeks. I want to recognize Mark McFanin. He not only helped us to decide on our carpet selection, he accepted three phone calls/texts to help us decide on a separate issue-hallway runner preservation; cleaning, and pad options. He worked quickly with other team members to offer us several options related to our hallway runners. I felt like he went above and beyond! All of our interactions with Mark were positive, not pushy and very professional. He listened to our thoughts and worked diligently to find carpet quality, color and cost options, which without his great assistance would have been overwhelming and a much lengthier process. I've used Modern Flooring of America (formerly Modern Tile and Flooring) several times over the years. I've always been very satisfied with them. I just recently installed a large area of vinyl plank flooring.The salesperson, Sarah was very helpful and patient with me. I'm very happy with the whole job. I was also very pleased with the installers, specifically Anthony, who was very good about communicating with me about the job and working with me. (I realize the installation is sub-contracted, but hopefully this info will be passed on to them!)
