Modern Home Contractors took my rough ideas, and transformed them into a finished project that far exceeded what I had in mind. Vince made the process easy. There were a few issues during the process due to the age of the home. He presented multiple solutions and estimates, and allowed me to choose the option best for me. Everything from layout to architectural enhancements as well as supplier availability was considered and discussed at length. At every step of the process, Vince was immediately available to provide answers and guidance. Vince and his team was superb. They were very friendly, showed up on time, completed the work with great attention to detail, and looked for my approval during the process.
