Jared and his teammate were phenomenal. They did an excellent job cleaning our ductwork, were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and furniture taking care to keep everything clean. They explained everything they were doing as well, which I personally found very interesting. I highly recommend this company.
I am so happy with the crew that came! Jared was very professional and kind. The before and after pics showed it all! I recommend the sanitizing as well! Smelled so fresh and clean after. A noticeable difference. I am so happy with the results.
The crew arrived on time. They both were very polite, and knew what they were doing. They showed me before and after photos of our very dusty vents. I’m excited for a ‘fresh’ start!
Had both ductwork and carpets cleaned. Scheduling was a breeze, we had a date within 4 days of request. Our techs, Jared and Hunter, were prompt, very efficient and extremely personable men. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process, showing us before and after pictures throughout. We were given a nice discount for booking both services, coming in quite a bit lower than the compition. We will continue to use Modernistic in the future and will highly recommend them to family and friends.
2 well mannered gentlemen came in. Put shoe protection on not to track in stuff. Tapped all the intake and exhaust vents hooked the suction to the furnace and went to town. Showed me before and after pictures of the vent and I know they did a great job when in there before pictures you see hair ties and a kids comb plus a ton of lint hair just nasty. Then the after pictures nothing all cleaned out. I know this house has probably never had the vents cleaned because when you look in a return vent and the 10 inch in diameter has only a 2 inch in diameter opening because it’s completely filled with dust and crap to note I can see it’s completely opened. Very professional did an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be saving on my heat bill this winter and the furnace won’t have to work so hard to
