I had an issue with some rocks from a truck hitting my windshield on the highway and when I emailed the company about it, they didn't hesitate to take care of it. Dustin made sure to follow-up and the windshield was replaced on my time and at my choice of location. I was treated with the uttmost kindness and integrity. Thank you for being supportive and very quick to help get my car fixed.

On 2/20/2025 Misael Lopez Diaz an agent of your company backed up on a one way entrance ramp and crushed my vehicle and engine with a snow grader. He was Backing up on a highway ramp!!! I was honking my horn flashing my lights no way to get out the way. What world are we living in backing up on a highway ramp with no support vehicle. Then he proceeded to lie to the highway patrolman and falsify the police report and say that I hit him. How on earth is this real life? How can someone wreck into your vehicle and completely destroy it and almost kill you and just lie to the police and get away with it. The office was incredibly unhelpful.
