2 stars because the panel replacement eventually happened and I got power back. The customer experience with Mohr Electric (owner Alex Tapia) was unnecessarily stressful from start to finish. I paid a $2,500 deposit via Zelle on 01/07/2026. After that, getting basic documentation and clear updates felt like a constant chase. Main issues I had: * I requested a payment receipt / updated invoice and didn’t get timely documentation. * Permit communication was inconsistent (lots of “in progress” / “stuck” explanations, but clear proof only after I pushed hard). * When I asked for reasonable accountability, the tone became intimidating (including “don’t start getting impatient…”). * Temporary weatherproofing happened only after I kept pressing. * The first temporary weatherproofing was poor en

Our smoke detector dropped out of the ceiling and was dangling by its wires. I don’t want to mess with electricity so call Mohr Electric and Alex came out and had it fixed in a few minutes. Second time we’ve used Mohr.

Fixed our 220V washer and dryer outlet and replaced the circuit breaker. Called on a Saturday. Came out Monday morning, did an excellent job, super quick and friendly service.

Had a great experience with this electrician. He came out to my job site and got everything set up quickly, making sure I had all the power I needed to run my equipment.
