I am looking for low-mold housing for specific health reasons. I called Mold Inspection Services today. The receptionist was super helpful, and she even offered to have the founder, Jim Pearson, call me back! Jim was extremely knowledgeable, which is not surprising because he has been chairman of the ANSI/IICRC S520 (the national standard for professional mold remediation) consensus body for over 20 years! (And he lives right here in Billings!) Not only was Jim knowledgeable, but he was exceptionally kind and helpful. He also demonstrated competent care and due diligence regarding mold impacts on health conditions. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Jim and Mold Inspection Services, Inc. as I conduct my housing search. Thank you, Jim!

Jim did a mold inspection of our home after we had a leaking tile shower. He did a thorough inspection, answered our many questions, was timely and professionally! We would not hesitate to use Mold Inspection Services in the future.
