I was so glad that I reached out to this company when I had a mold scare! I called and talked to an actual person named Richard. He was so kind and helped me to figure out that I don't even have a mold concern! He could have absolutely recommended a professional inspection, but reviewing where the "mold" was in the photos I sent him led him to recommend home testing.
