I can’t say enough positive things about Trent and the people that work with him. As a lung cancer survivor, home air quality is essential. I had called regarding an issue in my home and he was the ONLY honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable person that I came across. This industry is loaded with people that use scare tactics and misinformation to sell and make money. By the time I reached Trent my nerves were a mess. He was patient and very informative. Beware that some of the services these other companies offer create more of a problem and can be dangerous for the homeowner. Called for a mold inspection and Trent was at our house same day. We had a spot of moisture on our ceiling that we were nervous could be mold. Asked Trent to take a look and he gave us his honest professional opinion.. gave us several options and offered his personal cell phone for us to reach out/send pictures/all the above (all of this without paying a dime). Felt that he truly cared and didn’t want to charge us for a job if it wasn’t absolutely necessary. We are young naive homeowners very susceptible to companies taking advantage of us. We even had a different company out earlier that same day that quoted us nearly $4k.. Trent Saved us thousands.. safe to say we’re lucky we came across this company!

My family and I came back from vacation to water damage in our house, we called mold trust and a project manager came by in less than 2 hours he did an inspection and started to work on the same day, they took care of the water damage in the most professional and fastest way ever!
