Molly Maid of the Quad Cities

The 3 woman crew did a great job. Our home needed a deep cleaning. The crew communicated clearly and was friendly. A few minor areas that we noticed weren't touched, but then again, ot was a deep cleaning that involved a lot of work. We would recommend and are continuing on using Molly Maid.

I had the maid service come into my house once a week For only a little over a month. There was constantly something not getting taken care of and the girl that answered the phone at the office just handed out excuses after excuses. Half the time I was paying for a service that was half being rendered or incompleted. I was expected to just accept it. I do not recommend this cleaning company. There are other cleaning companies in the Quad city area that take pride in the work that they provide. Molly Maids is just not one of them.

We have used Molly maids a couple of times. Our second occurrence didn’t go very well and we reached out to them. They more than made it right and did an absolutely exceptional job! We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone!

Do not use Molly Maid of the Quad Cities. Unethical service. We hired them for a move-in cleaning, and it was an expensive, unprofessional disappointment. They told us the service would cost $350 — but we later found out it was actually $315. We paid $440 in cash, including a $125 tip, trusting this was a team of professionals who’d deliver a thorough, efficient cleaning. Instead, here’s what we walked into after they claimed they’d done a final walkthrough with us (they didn’t): • Floors were not scrubbed — just lightly mopped. We’ll be spending at least an hour scrubbing them ourselves. • Debris left all over the floor, including bobby pins, lint balls, and random dirt from the previous owner. • Cat puke stains from previous owner left untouched in the only carpeted room in the house.

This is not a reliable company. Their “experimenting with AI” excuse speaks volumes about their lack of operational readiness. I received both a text and email confirming my appointment, so naturally I assumed everything was properly booked. Instead, I was marked as a no-show because I “didn’t provide a credit card”—a step I was never prompted to complete at any point in their booking flow. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told I was simply out of luck. No ownership, no attempt to make it right, just dismissive customer service and a shrug. If this is how they handle scheduling and communication, I can only imagine how they handle everything else. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
