Molly Maid of Washington, DC

I have had good experiences with Molly Maids and have used them several times. Maria and Zonia were thorough and nice to deal with. My only comment is about communication with the office. I asked to please not have cleaners bring their own vacuum and this message was not relayed to them. And this happened one other time too. But the cleaning jobs and cleaners have been good!

Team 21 (Fatima, Julio, and Isabel) were wonderful! They were punctual, very kind, and extremely efficient in deep cleaning my house, including disinfecting all surfaces, mopping and vacuuming, putting away dishes, and cleaning my couch and cushions. I loved their service and will definitely request them in the future.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received yesterday from Molly Maid! Team #20, Lisseth and Norma were phenomenal! Rather than Team #20, I’d call them Team White Ligtening! They came in, got right to work and made everything sparkle, shine, and smell good! This was a move out clean, I’m staging my condo tomorrow to put on the market. They did a phenomenal job of making it photo ready! Thank you!!

Just began service with Molly Maid of NW DC and could not be more pleased. The attention to detail and hard work was very impressive. Truly appreciate Yolanda and Lesly and look forward to bi-weekly cleanings going forward.
