Molly Maid of Winder and Athens

We hired Molly Maid to clean our home on a biweekly basis but cancelled services after two cleanings due to both being subpar. We allowed a team to come back to correct the first cleaning, but not the second one. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t receive the level of service we paid and tipped for.

The ladies were very nice. My home felt so much better once they were done and I definitely will be using them regularly.

Overall, I'm pleased with the service. Melissa, the team leader is great. She is a hard worker, with very good work ethic. Over the years, she has been accompanied by various assistants, some great and some not so good. There could be more consistency there. Also, most of the assistants speak little or no English. No staff should be hired, if if they can't communicate. That is a problem for both the client, and the team leader.

I got a top to bottom cleaning...it was great to have all the books and cranies taken care of before the holiday! The staff were very nice, thorough and pleasant to talk with!

Molly Maid did an extremely thorough deep clean for me after moving out of my house, and I was blown away by the results. They were also very communicative and easy to work with.
