Monaco Concrete Art Resurfacing ~ Monaco Concepts

We recently hired Monaco Concepts to repair and resurface our pool deck and side yard. We had gotten several quotes prior to proceeding with the work and the reason we chose Monaco was because Tony seemed the most knowledgeable about how to solve our issues with the existing deck surface. The whole team from Aaron to the labourers were extremely professional and kept us advised of the work in progress and what would be done at each step of the process. We also had a cool deck surface applied and already we notice a difference when walking barefoot on the deck. We highly recommend Monaco Concepts.

Monaco Concepts is the epitome of quality craftsmanship. We previously had a bad experience with a local painting company. Aaron and his craftsmen completely removed the damaged flooring on our outdoor living area. From grinding off the old painted surface to sealing the new surface, this process involved about eight steps from start to finish. The owner, Tony Perrotta, Jr. personally mixed the exact color combination and texture we wanted for staining and sealing this area. I cannot say enough about the quality of work this team performed. I had an appointment this morning with this Monaco company, here at my Rancho Mirage home. The appt was for 8:30 AM. I even cancelled an eye examine, which I had waited for previously for 30 days, (and now pushed that into May) just to meet with this company! No show at 8:30, so I called at 9:05AM, spoke to a lady, and it is now 10:45 AM and still, no call. I will not do business with a company like this. I can just imagine the work ethic! I do not like it when someone believes their time is more important than yours! Good luck!

Somebody who works for this business is an extremely aggressive driver. I would recommend thinking twice before supporting a business that makes our local roads less safe.
