Huge thank you to Eddie and Monaco Lock! I got locked out of my apartment due to an issue with the door handle assembly. Despite it being the holidays with limited staff on hand, Eddie took the job and arrived within 30 minutes. He got me back into my apartment, replaced the assembly, and explained the underlying issues causing the problem. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I had a malfunctioning lock that was replaced by a handyman so I called Monaco Lock. Eddie came the next day and was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly; done in 10 min. Was worth the service call fee for me since my lock is a bit complicated.

Eddie did an excellent job with installation of new deadbolts - the work was done in a clean and professional way. I would hire them again for future work.

This is a super late review and I have since moved out of the area, but last month I was supposed to have a lock cut off of my storage unit. I was told by the facility that I was going to have to bring in an outside locksmith. Weird but ok…That’s when I called Monaco Locksmith and made an appointment. Come to find out (day of) needing an outside locksmith totally wasn’t true. After confirming with the storage facility that they could in fact remove the lock themselves , I profusely apologize to Eddie for wasting his time however, he was completely understanding and very sweet about the whole thing-he didn’t charge me and even refused a tip. Trust me these guys are amazing. I also had them make a key for me a few months back and the process is very smooth and the pricing was great. THANK
