We’d like to give Glenn Knies, project manager for Monarch, big kudos for his excellent handling of an issue we were having with a couple of our kitchen cabinet doors. We had our kitchen remodeled by Monarch approximately 5 years ago and were highly satisfied with the results. So when a couple of our kitchen doors became misaligned and we were unable to fix the problem ourselves, I decided to call them again for help. Glenn promptly came to our home, diagnosed the issue and quickly corrected the problem. His customer service exceeded our expectations! I only wish I had another big project so that we could hire Glenn and Monarch!

My husband and I are currently working with Monarch Kitchen and Bath Design on the cabinetry for our new home. We used the services of Rob and Caroline Rader (principals of Monarch) first a few years ago, when we remodeled our beach condo in New Smyrna, and what a breeze it was. They are highly professional, and it was really easy to work with both of them. I particularly liked the creative solutions they were able to offer in our small space. For example, I do not like the look of freestanding refrigerators, but Caroline was able to design it in such a way that the fridge appears to be a build in.
