My experience with Mondo has always been a terrific experience with something that has significant impact on any homeowner. My first experience was about 3 years ago where a couple of competitors had me building a new system the next day due the urgency of the need to fix my system. When I met with Jim the owner I will not forget his comment to me when asked what it will cost me he said, “well lets find out what the issue is before I give you quote”. Obviously, I liked that response to which we found that the urgency was not immediate in fact there was a fix that was also going to be usable in the long fix that was going to be needed in a couple of years.
