Monjaras & Son's Mobile Homes on the Level

I am very disappointed in this company. Owner came 2 weeks ago and did not provide any written estimate. He just quoted verbal amounts. Got a text asking if I still need a written bid after a week. To date I have not gotten anything. It is very frustrating to have the need for work to be done and have nothing. I researched this company and saw the reviews and well as BBB rating. I will never do business without some contract in writing. I will NOT recommend this company.

Update: Another Excellent Job. Repaired my shed. This Father and Son Team are Skilled in their craft. GREAT JOB !!! Repaired my leaking roof and cold seal on my mobile home. They did an excellant job .. reasonable price .. I definitely will use again and I do recommend this Father and Son business. THANK YOU!!

Thank you Mr. Raul, Trevor, Michael and Thomas. You repaired and sealed our insulation that had fallen down. You repaired a section of skirting and 2 piers that should not need anything further. We really appreciate all you did and all was done at a reasonable price. I'll be calling you again next spring for power washing needs. Thanks for everything. DK & PK

They are what I wake up for everyday. I'm the mother to the son's & the ol lady to Mr. Monjaras.. We go hard We go strong. We have no limit. Twenty five years didn't come easy it came with lots an lots of hard work .We all put a part in everyday just to see or customer's smile. If their happy then we are happy.We get to meet some of the most coolest people everyday. Every jobs is different then the last but no job is to big or to small cause we will do them all. I won't to thank every customer as far back as the very fist one. I also won't to thank Monjaras & son's for letting me be a part of them .The best experience ever is my hard working honest boys.

These guys are super awesome and respectable. Would highly recommend this father son duo. Will be giving our landlord high praise for these two men ! Hopefully she will consider using them regularly for all her rentals.
