I found Michelle by Googling carpet cleaners near me. She had excellent reviews so I went with her. The reviews were right! First of all, she showed up at the agreed on time. Secondly, she had broken her ankle the day before and was wearing a boot. Hard core! She cleaned 5 area rugs and 1 couch. All came out perfect! Plus she was super friendly with my dog! She made the process effortless. I would highly recommend.

Michelle came over today to steam clean one of our area rugs. She did a wonderful job. Not only was her work great but she is also a pleasure to deal with. She truly knows how to interact with customers. We were so satisfied, that we are now booking her to do all the carpeting in our house. I highly recommend her.
