However, Todd at Monona Plumbing called me and walked me through unclogging it myself to save me the expense of an easy repair. One morning we had no hot water. We had noticed many red Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection trucks in town so we gave them a call. Evan was able to come a day earlier than scheduled and they had a new tankless water heater available to install the next day. He came on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He had the job done sooner than expected and the water heater worked great! He told us a little about his owner and the company values. You don't often hear about an owner and his staff being so customer oriented and focused on doing the job right. We highly recommend Evan and his company!
