I have ordered flooring from Zersons this year. The product was fine, but the customer service was so so and has gotten progressively worse. I have had to constantly follow up to see where things are at. I ordered a 2nd transition strip from them about 3 months ago and if I had a nickel for every time they told me they would call me and update me I would not have to pay for my flooring. I am still wondering if they have ever even ordered it. Im tired of stopping in and/or calling them so I thought maybe this would help them understand that in the customer service world it is important to do what you say you are going to do. I have spent 2 to 3 grand with them, you would think I count as a customer worth following up with at this point. I have more work to do in the future guess I won't be

The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and do our floors in a timely manner, but seemed unorganized as to complete the work, they were in between several other projects and would work on our floors randomly for several weeks (which is understandable because they seem very busy). Great communication on when they would come back to finish the work. The only disappointment was that the baseboard/trim nails holes weren’t covered up.

Just like many merchants in Monroe Wisconson. They just don't bother to call you back or they break promised appointments. They were supposed to come and give us an estimate at our home the first week in January. They no-showed us. They didn't bother to call. We had several of theirsample tiles. We ended up dropping the tiles in front of their store. Guys you can do better. Go somewhere else trust me you don't want to do business with these folks.

My client and I couldn't choose grey, and we couldn't choose gold, Zersen's helped us choose bold! The cats love sitting there at night, so good they don't blend in! Cat owners know the challenge. So glad we found this sample. It is good quality too, so won't show the wear.

The folks at Zersen were great. They were helpful, let us explore on our own, but also came by to help after letting us explore. They are knowledgeable about they're products as well. They are very open to letting you take usefully big samples home instead of the small chips you get at other stores.
