Santos Concrete LLC

Santos and his crew were great! They were on time (actually a week early!) and did a great job with our colored and picture framed patio. We had a few design changes along the way, and he was very patient as we figured out what we really wanted to move forward with. Awesome to have them in the local community, and will be working with them again for future projects!

Santos and his crew did a fantastic job creating a beautiful concrete patio for me! They were on time, considerate, hard working, fair pricing and cleaned up after their work as if they were never there! Communication was absolutely fantastic which in today’s world is usually ZERO!! Hire Santos and get a wonderful project finished in a fast manner!

Sentos installed an extra section for our driveway but it’s not even so now our driveway is a lake when it rains, I reached out to see if there was anything they could do to prevent the water retention and after weeks he responded that he would stop out sometime and look. He never did, I reached out one last time and he never responded. The driveway looks nice, but giving a 2 star for communication. He could have just said, sorry there’s nothing we can do, I would have settled for that.

In October of 2021, less than 8 months ago, we had a new concrete driveway installed by Santos Concrete. This is it today. We have asked the owner Santos Tinoco to rectify the issue many times since we became aware of the issue this spring. He will no longer return our calls. He admits it is a problem and claims the concrete was not mixed right. Regardless, we have spent a great deal of money on a driveway that will not last very long. If Santos will start communicating with us again, and makes it right, I will change this review. I realize probably nothing will come of this, but it might stop someone else from throwing away their money.

Santos did a quality job removing my old concrete/asphalt driveway and pouring a new one. He was very responsive and flexible throughout the project. I highly recommend Santos Concrete LLC for all of your concrete needs.
