We went with Montaggio because of their customer service, helpfulness and friendliness compared with other showrooms. Thanks Michelle! Wifey and I had a bunch of hairline cracks in our 15 year old American Standard toilets and decided to upgrade to something that would last longer, so we went looking for Toto toilets, figuring that if a place Carrie’s Toto, they probably carry other quality products and want what’s best for their customers (I initially found Toto by looking at Reddit for best, longest lasting toilets) We ended up going with the Toto Drake, which was recommended by both Reddit and Michelle as being top of the line, long lasting and best at getting the yuck down the pipes. Jim was great and went above and beyond where other companies did not. We ran into some issues on availability on materials for a large job and he got creative and came up with a solution that worked for us while ensuring everything would be compatible and still work. I highly recommend working with them!

Three years ago I purchased a gorgeous kitchen faucet from Montaggio. My contractor installed it but, unfortunately, the faucet had a variety of issues and was ultimately determined to be defective. The true determining factor of a great business is how a problem is solved, and Jim proved that by providing me with exemplary customer service.
