I hired Miguel back in April. He did not send the estimate, requested pictures, or put me on the schedule when promised and without me reminding him multiple times. Finally, the scheduled day arrived, and he did not show. I waited three days for him to show or communicate the change in plans, but I never heard from him. So, given the incessant delays in communication, always with me having to follow-up with him, I decided to terminate his services. Now, I've been trying to get my 65% deposit back and it has been over 5 weeks. Just today, I had to pay a filing fee so I could take him to small claims court to get my money back legally. These people are not professional, not reliable, and do not make you a priority. Now, fencing material costs have gone up 200% since the I had hired M

Miguel is so passionate and will turn your wishes and dreams into reality! Him and his team are wonderful! I will choose him over and over for all of my landscape and fencing needs!

Had to file small claims to get my deposit back. Posts were wrong color, said they would correct and take care of it. Never did. Waste of 4 months.

Montelongo was very responsive and competitive. Work was done quickly and with quality.
