I booked AC service because the cooling was not working properly. The technician checked the unit, cleaned the filters and explained what was causing the issue. After the service, the AC is cooling better than before. Overall, it was a smooth and simple experience.

Claudio diagnosed the problem with my furnace within minutes. He replaced the part, performed maintenance, identified another part that could fail in the future and told me what to watch out for. I appreciate that he did not "over treat" by replacing a part that was still working. Very friendly and honest service. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Really appreciated the friendly and professional service. Monteros Air was able to send a technician out the day after I called. Luckily for me, I only had a blown start-up capacitor, so it was a quick, easy fix. My technician Alex was friendly, efficient, and well-spoken. He used his multimeter to show me the difference in functionality between the new and old capacitors and pointed out the physical differences between them. I felt very confident in his knowledge and performance, and 45 minutes later my AC was working fine again.
