I had an outstanding experience with Plum HVAC. After my 66-year-old Carrier gas furnace finally retired, I decided to replace it with a Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system. I consulted with four contractors and chose Plum because of their excellent reviews and competitive pricing—and I’m glad I did! I give Plum HVAC my highest recommendation. If the scale allowed for it, I’d give them seven stars. The installation team was exceptional, not only delivering high-quality work but also going above and beyond the contract by accommodating several custom modifications I requested on-site.

We are very pleased with Plum HVAC. Their crew were very efficient and pleasant to work with. They explain things throughout the 2 day process. In our case it was to remove the existing gas furnace and electric AC unit and put in a new heat pump unit in the attic along with new ducts. Natalie was fantastic and guided us to qualify for the available rebates (converting to a Heat pump system). Any questions and request is best by email to both Sam and Natalie. Because they did such a great job, I am now trying to convince my family member to use Plum HVAC also when their system goes out

I hired Plum HVAC to install a Mitsubishi Multi-Zone Ductless Mini-Split system. The crew came before the scheduled time and even waited in the car for me to give them a green light to start the job because I had requested a specific start time. The crew was super efficient and got to work in different areas of the house. Each day after the job was done, they made sure all areas were fully cleaned up. The job was estimated to be completed in 3 days but the crew finished everything in 2.5 days. I was super impressed at their professionalism and how fast and clean they did the job. They were also priced pretty competitively. In addition, they also helped to apply for the Clean Tech rebate and got it back pretty quickly. Sam the owner is also super responsive with text.
