I brought these guys in for a second opinion and I’m very glad I did. The technician was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the options clearly, and quoted only a few hundred dollars for the repair. Even better, they handled the warranty part replacement for me, which made the whole process painless. Honest pricing, knowledgeable techs, and zero pressure. This is exactly how service should be. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to others.

We replaced our 25-year old single phase gas furnace with a Mitsubishi HVAC heat pump this summer. Now that we’ve used it for both cooling and heating, I’d like to give the team at Nur a five-star rating for their clean, smooth installation. Communication was great and they were thoughtful about system design so that we don’t have exterior conduits.
