Montpelier Tree Service

Hired them to cut down 2 trees. Damaged my yard, spilled oil every where on driving and on curbing. They knew equipment was faulty as they drove thru the oil spreading it further over property. They left and did not say anything about damages. Called back many times to get them to pick up giant pile of debris left in yard. 2 weeks later they finally pick up debris and attempted to ONLY clean driveway. Spots still all over driveway. Had to reseed almost entire front yard where they worked. I hired a team to clean driveway they told me all spots will not come out , driveway will need to be redone. This is very disappointing because I have hired them before and they did amazing work. Not this time. Do not recommend them for any tree removal due to their carelessness and damage to property.

The crew did an excellent job caring for our tree removal after a recent tornado. I appreciate how patient they were in their dealings with us, as well as how they cared for our property. While removing 10 trees, they were very careful in preserving the small trees that remained. Jackson, the manager, came back each evening to make sure everything was cared for and that we were satisfied. The whole crew worked tirelessly and were very courteous and kind. We would highly recommend them and would happily hire them again.

We used Montpelier to cut down a dead pine tree in our backyard, and they were great. They came out and got the tree and hauled it off all within an hour. We would definitely use them again in the future.

So just wanted to make a positive post. Montpelier Tree Service did an incredible job getting a large rotting oak out of our back yard that has been a concern of mine since we bought at the end of summer and getting another tree cut back and trimmed off the side of the house before it caused any damage. They worked with just a few days notice between first contact over the weekend to it being totally down and stump ground by mid next week. Donny was incredibly responsive and his men were very kind and professional when they came out. I can't believe how smooth of a interaction it was. I highly reccomend them. 🙂

I've used Montpelier Tree Service 3 separate times over the last 8 years and they've done excellent work each time. We have used them for full tree removal, large branch removal and trimming, and stump grinding. Our last project was very complex, with a large oak growing between and around a pine tree; the oak limbs also spread about 40 feet across our roof. They took on a difficult project and completed it perfectly.
