Monument Square Garage

I am upset at this car day care. Went to Portland to the day with friends and noticed that the garage closed at 6, but assumed you could, you know, leave the parking garage after 6 and no new cars could enter. quite incorrect, all entrances were locked shut and we were unable to obtain vehicle. After calling the company and the wonderful scam of extortion, we had to PAY $25 to get our car out to LEAVE. what are you doing, parking garage????? -12/10, would park ANYWHERE else in portland (including the ocean)

The garage itself is fine, but they close at six, and do not warn you that if you don’t leave before six, you’re charged a $25 fee to have someone come out and open the garage for you. I’ve never heard of a garage doing this, only closing and not letting more cars in. This is a horrendous and predatory business practice.

Garbbage garage, junky, and same price and everyone else, closes at 6pm with only a tiny sign saying it. They charge $25 to get your car if it’s after they close. I’ve never really heard of a parking garage closing but that’s ok.

The garage smells bad, and after 6:00 they prevent you from accessing your car, forcing you to call a representative, wait for them to arrive, and pay 25 dollars for their inconvenience. Feels like extortion.

Locked my car in after I got there too late, had to call and pay 25 dollars to a sketchy guy in a car, in order to even see my car again, let alone leave the place. Terrible experience.
