Although I ultimately decided not to move forward due to changes in our project plans, I was impressed by Matt's professionalism and expertise. He took time to understand our needs and provided knowledgeable recommendations. The office follow-up was excellent ... responsive without being pushy. I wouldn't hesitate to call Moon Plumbing for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in the Fort Myers area. Their attention to detail and customer service stood out, even in just the quoting stage.

First time using Moon Plumbing today. Very impressed with the office staff Morgan and Tim the plumber. Extremely customer service oriented and won’t hesitate to use them again.

My pump went out on my water system and they sent a tech out within 45 minutes. I was concerned I needed a new water pump but tech was able to fix the pump instead of replacing it. Super honest small business and would highly recommend. My mother in law had a similar experience with her water system. They replaced a part instead of the whole system and saved her thousands.

Last evening our kitchen faucet broke leaving us unable to switch it off, we had to shut off the main water lever. We haven’t been living here long and didn’t know of a good plumber to call, our neighbor recommended Moon Plumbing. I called last night and Eric responded very quickly, I asked if he could come this morning and he arrived before 9am, and soon had a new faucet installed, he also replaced valves which were stuck tight. He was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Eric and Moon Plumbing.
