Don't buy gutters from this company. My father died this past August and the house was hit by a tornado in 2019. This company felt that they should have been the first priority to call and wait for them to come and remove the gutters rather than us removing the trees and fixing giant hole in our roof. The house and the roof was fixed to stop the pouring rain coming in the bedroom. Bam our warranty is voided. Oh another reason was because the contractor that fixed the roof barely put the ice shield on the gutter helmet. So if a piece of the gutter helmet needed to be replaced...you basically would not put the same one back on anyway so not really understanding the problem. Our contractor agreed and said they will find anyway not to cover what you paid for.

So disappointed with this company. They put the heating element on my roof and gutters and it failed to work properly. Now my brand new kitchen is destroyed.

I highly recommend Moonworks !!! We originally bought Gutter Helmet in about 1986 for the rear of our house and 1988 for the front. Recently, I noticed that the finish on some of the Gutter Helmet in the back was coming off which really made a difference in the effectiveness of the product. We remembered that there was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee. My wife called the owner who promptly inspected the gutter helmet and arranged with Gutter Helmet to replace the rear section. I was redoing my roof and had to have Moonworks take the Gutter Helmet off the whole house. After my new roof was completed Moonworks came down to put the Gutter Helmet back on. I was expecting them to replace the back section and put the old stuff back on the front for a fee. Moonworks replaced all of my Gutter

I recently bought a house, in the Metro West, which had the Gutter Helmet, gutter protection system, already installed on it. When I called they were extremely responsive and a Moonworks rep came out right away to check on my existing Gutter Helmet, gutter protection, system. It was installed roughly 7 years prior and it was still extremely functional. The best part was that if it needs any maintenance Moonworks will come back and fix it for FREE! I'll take raking the leaves and pine needles & cones that slide off my Gutter Helmet system, over climbing that dangerous ladder to clean my gutters by hand any day! Talk about a great product and a great company! I would recommend Gutter Helmet to anybody! Give them a call and see for yourself!

This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I don't say that with hyperbole. In March, my grandmother's roof began to leak causing damage inside her home. Four months later, the problem has still not been fixed. The staff at Moonworks doesn't return calls, and when I have spoken to someone, they don't stay true to their word. They have avoided addressing our needed repair. They''ve scheduled appointments that no one has shown up to, wasting hours of my day waiting around. When we follow up, we're then told that we had the wrong day: we did not. Moonworks finally sent someone to the house who inspected the roof and told us that someone would be out within a week to fix the problem. No one has shown up.
