Moore Air & Heat

I called Moore based on the reviews here and I'm glad I did. After having bad luck last year with two other companies who had inexperienced techs. Dub was a breath of fresh air. He clearly explained what it was going to cost to repair my outside unit. Since it was an older unit and out of warranty. I asked him what the cost would be just to replace it. He quoted me a fair price and did not pressure me at all. After all the issues I had last winter. I went ahead and decided to just replace it. So I called a day later to get it scheduled and they were able to come out the next day and install it. Needless to say I now have working air/heat and will be recommending them to everyone. Dub and his guys did a great job getting out to our house and checking out our problem. Dub laid out various possibilities for repair or replacement allowing us to make a decision and not high pressure in us to do anything. Dub did a quality job for a great price and added extras for no extra cost. Even after installation he is just a phone call away to answer any questions. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Honest company and they do great work! I called Moore Air & Heat and within days I had a new system installed. He did great work and was fair on pricing. I Have used many AC companies in my life and Dub is the BEST!

When our AC went out in the summer of 2019, and our home warranty drug the process out over a month period, we gave Dub a call. Not only was he very upfront and helpful, but got the Job done quickly, and reasonably priced. If we ever have any issues with our AC in the future he surely has our business! NOTE: since he installed our unit, we have not had one issue
