Viking Overhead

The torsion garage spring broke and called Viking Overhead to give them a shot. Spring was replaced and tech was very nice. After a few days I noticed the door was making weird noises so I called them back (about a month later) to check door because I felt it had not been adjusted properly. Same tech back out along with someone else. I showed him some of the issues I was seeing. I was very surprised that he didn’t see this on the initial call. I think when you replace a spring, you check door is adjusted properly or at the very least talk to customer about other issues. So on the 2nd visit, he quoted me over $900 dollars to replace rollers, hinges etc. the other option was replacing the whole door ($2300). But he did mention a special for a door that was $1700. I recommend 100%, great experience, they are now my #1 go to call. I called in just to ask a question and get pricing, she was very down to earth and knew what she was talking about. No sales pitch or pressure just answered my questions and said they had availability if I wanted. The technician was cool, again very knowledgeable, let me ask questions, explained everything, and again no big sales pitch of while I'm here I see this that and this to fix too.

I originally called this company because they were locally veteran owned. I wanted to support that business turns out it was a great choice. I got a quick appointment. The technician showed up on time communicated with me all throughout the process. I was provided a quote for the exact cost prior to work being done and it was completed quickly and correctly. Excellent service from start to finish. Saturday night, garage door stops working.. Called Viking Overhead. Whitney answered the phone and immediately started giving me advice on where to start troubleshooting. We weren't able to get it fixed and she advised that there is a $99 service fee for late night and Sunday appointments and stated M-F was free for a quote. I much appreciated that. Monday came around and I called back, got on the schedule for same day. I get a text that Zach is on the way. Nice guy.. Showed up, answered every question I had. He explained the possible problems. He explained, in detail, all the work he would be providing and at what cost. Didnt try to talk me into buying extra stuff like reprogramming, rewiring, etc.. 30 day warranty on the work. 10/10 Experienc

Viking Overhead arrived on time and was scheduled by our contractor Triple R Services. They were very professional, clean, courteous, and very quick. Lewis and Mike and the other gentlemen we amazing! Lewis explained everything that I needed to know about the new opener. I would highly recommend Viking Overhead to assist in any needs with your garage door. I included a pic of our old garage door opener and what we now have, so quiet.
