Moore Renovations

We hired Moore Renovations to do a full siding replacement including gutters, soffits, and custom metal bends for all windows. Robbie came out to do complete a hover report which allowed us to visualize some colors and we ended up selecting CertainTeed Charcoal Gray. We had a unique case where we also needed our meter panel to be replaced and Robbie's team worked with the electrical contractors to ensure a proper install. Robbie is extremely knowledgeable and advocates for proper installation techniques which increase the lifespan of the work and ensures less maintenance and headaches in the future. For the kind of money for this kind of job, we had extremely high expectations and our siding installer (Ian) and Metal Bender (Josh) did an amazing job. I work from home and so was available

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job, from the onset, he was able to provide us a realistic and accurate quotation for the work to install inserts in our single pane original windows from the 1980s. He was professional in communication, work ethic and cleaned up well. Highly recommend.

We had a very outdated single pane bay window that desperately needed replacement. We were recommended to Moore Renovation from a friend who was also very satisfied. Rob came out and measured the window, taking notes, discussing options and designs. He provided a quote timely and with the requisite cut sheets for the what we had chosen. Everything was well documented and I felt comfortable throughout the process. On install day, Rob and his team were there at the prescribed time - they were professional and tidy. He explained all the water proofing that was going to be put in to prevent damage and walked me through the process. The end product is fantastic - because the old bay was single pane it create a green house effect in the room - with this recent heat wave we have noted a marked

Enlarged a door way and put a door way in where one didn't exist, removed a closet so that you would never know it was there. Mounted the microwave and made two thresholds for where the hardwood floors and the Luxury Vinyl, which they installed, met. All of the employees are friendly and experienced, and left everything very neat, did electrical and changed heating ducts too.

They came out around 7am and finished around 4pm, tearing off the roof completely, replacing the rotten play wood pieces, and then installing a new roof completely in a short amount of time, thanks for all your help Rob and your team.
