Rochester Restoration

I called Rochester Restoration on a Saturday afternoon to request their remediation services after a major portion of our home was damaged due to a refrigerator water line bursting. They answered my call and they had a representative at our house on Sunday morning. They offered to come out Saturday evening, but they came on Sunday at my request. They were very thorough in the mitigation of the water damage and mold prevention. Their employees were very polite and respectful. The mitigation work they performed was extensive. They identified and catalogued damaged items. They packed, boxed, labeled, and moved household items and furniture into an on-site storage unit that they provided. Herbert and Kevin did an awesome job opening up wall and ceiling to address water damage from an ice dam. Then Marcus and Logan came to remove fans and dehumidifier with efficiency. Quite satisfied :)

Rochester Restoration made an extremely stressful situation much more manageable. Their team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire process. At one point a small lamp and figurine were accidentally broken, but they immediately took responsibility and kindly replaced them with no questions asked. These folks were incredible and helped put us at ease when we had ice damming issues at our house. All were very professional, friendly, arrived when agreed upon, and were very courteous when entering the house to ensure elements of the weather stayed outside. They explained everything thoroughly and did not leave any messes behind. Lastly, they were great with communicating with our insurance carrier. I would highly recommend them.
