We had a phenomenal experience with Expert Environmental in Rochester, NY. We wanted our old house tested for lead paint. We received a response from the company within 24 hours and were referred to Nick D. He was able to come to our house within a week and was so knowledgeable on what areas of the house to check for lead as well as how we can decrease exposure. He was fantastic to work with and we plan to use the company again in the future.

Extremely responsive and professional. Brian was quick to provide a quote for our basement pipe asbestos abatement. He was knowledgeable and understood the scope of work needed and put me at ease having this serious type of work done in my home while being sensitive to how expensive it is. Justin, who did the abatement work, was also professional and thorough and took all safety measures. I had done my research and got a few quotes and Expert Environmental had a great price along with the most experience and integrity.

Steve and his crew exemplify great customer service! They arrive on time each morning, are courteous and get right to work! At the end of each day they cleaned up and left my home in perfect condition! True professionals and I highly recommend them for your mold and/or asbestos remediation!

I had called these guys to come out and help resolve and issue that I was having. Nick came out, did a visual inspection, and took some samples. He had a few minor recommendations that I could do myself, and never tried to blow things out of proportion or sell me additional services that I didn't need.
