Over the past five years, we have completed a number of home remodeling projects, from kitchen and bathroom renovations to HVAC replacement. He takes immense pride in his work, and it’s evident that his team respects and enjoys working for him. He is a hands-on owner who (literally) isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty to ensure the highest quality; he even personally helped complete the finishing paint work on the repaired stucco and surrounding areas. Our two-story duplex had siding on the second floor that was falling off. We decided to replace the siding with stucco. After talking to several contractors, we selected Alejandro Morales and were very happy with the results. He helped guide us through decisions about how to do the stucco in a manner that looks good with the areas we were not re-stuccoing. His lead project coordinator, Cesar, was very communicative and responsive as they managed the work during a rainy period. After discovering some water intrusion issues around a large picture window, I called Alejandro for window and stucco repair. As always, his expertise was invaluable in diagnosing the issue and having different solutions. They sealed everything up and the stucco looks brand new. It’s a relief to have the waterproofing finished before the next big storm. Great communication throughout the entire process!

Alejandro Morales has put together a great team to do your construction work. They did a major repair job on our stucco on the front of our home that took less than a week to do. They always arrived on time and/or communicated when they might be late or would need to reschedule. Cesar, the team coordinator, made sure to check in with us on all aspects of the job. The team was efficient and reasonably quick with the repairs, and were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. We liked their pricing and work so much that when we found out they could do more than stucco, we negotiated to have them repaint the exterior of our windows and help with one small electrical job that required some dry wall work. Alejandro and his team did a fantastic job matching the trim we had on another window. Alejandro answered all of our questions and helped us with decisions. Our new window trim is beautiful. His team was so professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!
