Morgan Outdoors

I contacted Morgan outdoors earlier this year about a small landscaping project I wanted to have done. They directed me to Zach Graystone of Graystone Landscaping. The individual at Morgan outdoors has nothing but great things to say about Zach. I was excited to support a small business owner and have help in taking on the project we wanted to do. Zach was very communicative in the beginning. Sadly after the project was “completed” we discovered issues with the work he performed. - The area that he was asked to cover with the rock we chose wasn’t completely covered. He asked for additional money to obtain more rock. My husband and I redistributed the rock already in the area and we were able to cover all that we wanted Zach to cover from the beginning. We recently had an install of an outdoor fireplace from Morgan Outdoors. Scott reviewed the site location on a Monday, we paid for it on Tuesday and it was delivered and installed on Wednesday. When M. O. says they're going to do something, they follow through. Customer service like this is rare to find these days. Scott was great to work with!
