Morgan Well Drilling

So, I want to be honest: this is an edited review. One, because as a company, they didn't deserve a one-star rating. Will and I clearly have similar personalities; however, the initial meeting stage of our relationship didn't go well because I have been accustomed to dealing with Tripp. After the issue with Will and me, he called back, and we had a genuine conversation. As a person, I needed to feel that, and as a customer, it made me appreciate them even more. Of course, they fixed the well and gave me another bill, lol, but nevertheless, they fixed what I felt was broken and came when I needed them. I am forever grateful, and please excuse my tone previously as well. Thank you, MWD.

First class company. They didn’t try to upsell me a larger pump (like I wanted) but actually educated me on the proper smaller size that I needed. And was out the next day in the pouring rain and did a complete replacement of everything from the well pump to the house. It was an all day job. Then into the basement to set up and fine tune the water tank and whole house filtration. The plumber abandoned the water heater install, water tank and house filtration system. The plumber left me hanging and a mess but Morgan Well guy stepped up and finished their work. (Not his job at all) but saved the day for me. Plus they warranty their work. I highly recommend them.

We hired Morgan Well Drilling to dig our well at a new construction home. They arrived with the equipment October 22. Today is December 12. Their equipment is still parked on our property and still no well. For 5 weeks, we went without even a phone call with an update from the company. We finally reached out and they texted back a ridiculous excuse of how their truck to go back and forth had broken down. I don’t know about these people, but when I had car troubles, I found a way to get to work. I didn’t no call/no show for 5 weeks. Now they have gotten their truck stuck on the driveway I just paid $10k for, still no update on the well and NO COMMUNICATION!! I am NOT happy and no one seems to care! The office says they have no idea that this has been going on when I call and they’ll get the

Thursday evening we discovered we had no water, I checked the basics and quickly realized I needed a professional. I contacted Morgan Well Drilling the next morning before 7:30 A.M. and was greeted by a nice lady on the phone who told me I would receive a call from the technician within the hour. About 30 minutes later the technicians called to inform me they were on the way. Chase and Hunter arrived and quickly diagnosed a faulty well pump (160' deep). Before 12:30 Chase and Hunter had water flowing. I am very pleased with their services by providing same day service! I didn't get any other quotes but was honestly expecting this to cost more, they don't take advantage of others misfortunes. I will be recommending them to anyone needing well service. Ryan and Larry were amazing! Sweet guys that love the Lord and did an amazing job! 2nd mile service! So nice to turn that water on and have that water coming out so good!
