Good luck getting updates or responses. I decided to go buy a new dryer since I could never get a response and a couple of weeks without one was not easy. They do have my dryer, so maybe someone can get a good price on it after they fix it. I did get one response where they told me my parts would be in and days later I sent messages asking if the parts came in or not. No, u did not call or text except the first time right after we brought it out and I asked why you wouldn't respond and nothing for the week until I gave u this review.

Russell and Moss Service & Repair will be my first call for any appliance repair in the future! He was willing to take a look at my 23 year-old Amana refrigerator/freezer and saved it for me for a very reasonable price! I had called another Durant repair service and he told me he couldn’t get parts for it. Funny how that works. So glad my gut kept telling me to get a second opinion! Russell is a great guy and enjoys the work and helping people.

Edit: They called and apologized for missing the appointment. They were having phone trouble. I have to give him credit for the call. Changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Apologies are hard to do. Scheduled an appointment for two weeks ago. Took off work to meet them there. Never showed up. Never called. Doesn't answer now when I call. I found someone else.

Moss service is the appliance repair you want to hire. Showed up ON time. Stayed until the job was done. Friendly, professional, and informative. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing and what the issue was and what it would cost to fix. Thank you for coming out and fixing my water dispenser in the fridge.
