Shelburne Heating & Air of Durant

We had an issue with our heat pump last year and called two other well known HVAC companies in our area (Blackburn and Hunter Super Techs). Both companies attempted to diagnose our problem without success. This year I called upon Shelburne Heating and Air. I couldn't be happier! Their techs finally identified the true issue and fixed it on the spot...a melted wire causing a ground issue. We have had our heating back ever since! I highly recommend Shelburne whenever you have a heating or air conditioning problem. They are fast, and most importantly, reliable.

Shelburne was recommended to me from a friend. Called at 8am scheduled for today since I had no air. Got a call at 8:20 they were on their way and they arrived by 8:40. Checked unit filled with freon. Super nice guys, were done by 9:15. Will definately use again. Thank you for your great customer service. They even played with my crazy cat.

Freaky fast service. I had to replace my entire HVAC unit. It hey came out Monday afternoon, had quote on Tuesday and unit was installed and running early Friday. Jeff and his crew was helpful and let me know items that I did not need that the previous company installed. Highly recommended!

Called and they were out in a few hours to check our 5 units at the gym. They were very professional and courteous, told us the issues we were having and gave us an estimate. Very Prompt! Serviced my unit. Called me with total amount of all repairs before he did anything. Even discussed a plan of what I could wait to repair if I needed the extra time. Completed the job and left no mess.
