Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs

Unfortunately our experience has not been great with Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs, Arden location. The biggest issue is lack of communication. 9 out of 10 times you call no one answers, if you leave a massage no one gets back, no one responds to email. I do not understand how someone can run a business with such poor communication. We have had our hot tub for a year and a half. The hot tub had a side panel that was broken after only a few months, the company still has yet to come and fix it. The hot tub cover totally ripped in half after just after a year and the company had the audacity to tell me that it was because people were sitting on the hot tub cover. Our cabin sat for nearly a year with no one using the tub or cover post Helene, so most certainly this is was not the reason for the da

Purchased a sauna back in early July and it took nearly 5 months for full and complete installation due to damage and horrible delivery times/delays. The communications were having to be driven by us and not the company. After the full installation we quickly discovered multiple issues with the installation, including entire wall moving, large gaps, and the sauna would not reach above 130 degrees, supposed to reach 150 degrees. The final decision was made to return the sauna, very disappointing. But after horrible communications, numerous delays, and sub par final delivery of the sauna - we had no other choice.

I had an outstanding experience with mountain leisure hot tubs. Their customer service went above and beyond every step of the way. When I ran into some scheduling challenges, they used out-of-the-box thinking to come up with a creative solution that got my hot tub installed much sooner than expected. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the final result. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly goes the extra mile!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have had a multitude of issues since our tubs delivery in November. Some which include, but are not limited to, a disrespectful inspection technician, broken valve/jets on the tub that has yet to be fixed, no instructions during delivery on how to balance the tub, and little to no communication. The owner Charles will not respond to emails. The co-owner Adrian simply ignores all forms of communication. The service department manager Joanna is extremely rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help in any facet of doing her job. Nearly 3 months into owning a $20,000 brand new hottub, we still have yet to receive any assistance, little communication and no resolution to any of our problems. Mountain Leisure Hot tubs is the Best! My first hot tub was a refurbished one, worked great, it was for our getaway cabin. We loved it so much that we bought a new one for our house, more jets, more relaxation and better sleep! Then we replaced our refurbished one with a new one in our cabin! Installation on all 3 were seamless and they had us up and running in no time. They are on time and people of their word! No pressure on sales, they just want to find out what YOU want and work within your budget. Their weekly service is the best in the business, consistent and on time. 10 STARS would sum it up!!
