This company couldn't figure out traffic control if they were handed an instruction manual on it. Their projects take twice as long as any other contractor, therefore costing taxpayers more than necessary. Idk why the State of Montana continues to hire these idiots. Y'all need to get ahold of C.W. Matthews in Georgia to learn a few things about how to approach State contracts.

Lackadaisical at best. Their road staff in construction projects act like the cars and drivers are an interruption to their work, and not the reason they are working at all. Rude. Unprofessional screaming women who exercise power just for the sake of exerting it. I feel bad for them, but dont scream at me lady! Horrible to drive thru their work sites. Where would we be without the lead truck driver who needs to get out of his truck, walk as slow as molasses in January over to his buddy and spin a yarn about his day, then walk back to his truck, get his phone and walk back to his buddy, more conversation. Meanwhile, as he saunters slower and slower between friend and truck, the line of cars waiting just watches impatiently. And it is clear that driver does not care at all. Horrible
