I have 3 kids and my Samsung oven which cost more than the other ones there, just caught fire from the back where the electrical is and all I did was preheat the oven for some cookies, nothing was in or on it. Mind you this same stove was supposedly “fixed” by them for sparking really bad previously. My house almost got burnt down and it scared my children and myself! My house was filled with black smoke!

They seldom answer the phone and when they do, you get the run around. They schedule appointments with you and don't show up or even call to reschedule or explain why. There is a long drawn out excuse when you finally do reach them. I've been without a washer for three months now. I don't know how they stay in business. they used to be very reputable. I give them Zero Stars.

I have purchased their used Appliances for 10 years now ... a Dryer,Refrigerator and a Stove. It has lasted 4-5 years at a decent price.

Have a 30 day warranty & have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week to fix my dryer. Talked to them twice. I was told they would come & fix it, they never showed. I called the next day, no answer. Went there, & they left the building early after saying they’d call me to come out to fix it THAT DAY. Called them today, they answered immediately, & said “yeah give me a little bit & I’ll come out & look at it.” Still haven’t heard anything. My warranty ends on the 28th, so I personally feel like they are trying to hold off until my warranty is done so they can make me pay for it. I don’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else for your appliances.

when you call they never answer, went in and they were very rude i would not recommend
