I had the worst customer experience I've ever encountered with this vendor. I placed an order for a project and was informed that the piece was ready for pickup. However, I was never told that I had a specific time frame to collect it; otherwise, it would be sent back. When I went to pick it up, I was told that it had already been returned, and I would need to wait an additional four days to have it back in stock. If I had been informed about a pickup deadline or that payment was required to hold the item, I would have happily made arrangements to either pay for it or ensure it was picked up. The order arrived on Tuesday, and by Friday, it had been sent back. These guys have a 7am opening on the gate but they open from 8am. So if you deliver before 8, you'll just be idle until 8am. Appreciate your time.

Conner is amazing! He's helped me several times and I always walk away pleased with his service. He's a great example of what customer service should look like. I've been helped by other sales reps here, too, and they've all been great. They have a huge selection of items needed for plumbing and hand tools and much more. They have a sales counter, you explain what you're after, then they go grab everything you need, and then run the register. Nice to have knowledgeable staff and procedures/processes that let them help their customers.

Gross entitlement mentality. Steer clear of Porter Evans and this group.
