Excellent experience overall. Fair, transparent pricing with no upselling, and very professional work. Two techs handled a challenging basement water heater replacement efficiently and safely, with clean, high-quality gas work. There was a small pricing adjustment needed at the end due to unexpected scope, but the office handled it professionally and fairly, and everything was resolved quickly and respectfully. Great communication, flexible scheduling, and solid workmanship. I would absolutely recommend them.

I don’t write reviews ever, but I changed my policy for Mouradian. In my recent plumbing emergency they were fast, effective, knowledgeable, and personable. They responded even when they were busy over a holiday weekend with professional and courteous service. Even in my first phone call with them I was immediately relieved because they obviously deal with their clients like human beings. The entire team I dealt with from the front office to the owner himself cared about my issue and was truly skilled. It proves that a family business with experience is the best way to go. Couldn’t recommend them enough, and it puts me at ease knowing I can call them for any plumbing issue I have moving forward.

Erik scoped the project and gave us an honest and affordable estimate with a detailed list of deliverables. His crew of experienced technicians replaced our water tank and heating system with a single Rinnai i120CN on demand combination unit (natural gas). Knowing that we had an elderly resident in our house, they managed to complete all necessary tasks for a fully functioning system in a single day by sending additional help to support the original crew of 2 technicians. The installed system not only worked flawlessly, but also looked great and passed inspection with flying colors a couple days later. The quality, expertise, and customer service of Mouradian Plumbing is exceptional. I would highly recommend them to others.

Eric and his team of expert plumbers at Mouradian are truly outstanding. They came highly recommended by our general contractor whom we trust and Mouradian’s team did all the plumbing work for our full kitchen reconstruction. From day one, they were a pleasure to work with and most importantly they are highly skilled, knowledgeable and perform great quality work. Dave, who has decades of experience, together with younger plumbers Matt and Austin who appreciated the wisdom and expertise Dave imparted, did all the plumbing work in our kitchen and everything has been working beautifully. Dave was great at explaining everything to us, too, showing us where each pipe was going and how everything works (i.e. taking the time to explain how to shut off the water, what to do when we need to change

My old water heater died and the tank flooded the basement. The owner showed up a few hours after I called them, did an assessment, made a great recommendation and gave me an accurate estimate all within a span of half an hour. Their team came in next business day and installed the heater, hooked up the new vent, removed the old heaters and left the place spotless. They were also, prompt, communicative, professional and really friendly. I was supremely impressed.
