Sam, Derek, and Frank were all very polite and courteous. They made sure we understood in full detail what all the paperwork meant and helped explained the process of trying to make a claim. They even tried to help as much as they could when my wife and I were in a bind with some of our items. Overall great service!

Mic, Kori, and Sam did a great job, worked fast and careful this morning to pack up my stuff very clean.

Bekins Northwest was extremely generous to supply our non-profit with a moving truck and movers to help us move toys to support a Pop-up Santa event. At this event, we give toys to Navy folks that have a financial need. This makes the holidays better for their children. Cameron Geasey was our crew lead on load up day and he was professional, friendly, and very thorough in getting us packed and loaded. We would not have been able to support our Navy personnel as well as we did without Bekins' generous support.

I had the best team of packers I have ever had in my 25 personal moves. Sam was the lead & the most delightful yet professional person to work with. He started with a positive upbeat attitude & after working a very long day ended with the same positive attitude. Sam was very polite to his coworkers & was very invested in making me as the customer happy. He was the most detailed & organized packer I have ever had. He actually made the packing days enjoyable & that is no exaggeration. He is a true asset for any company.
