The crew showed up in the window they set up. They were kind despite helping with a great deal of items. They helped find tucked away items and set up the furniture, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I’d recommend to anyone in need of help moving household goods in or out of their home.

Horrible experience, caused major property damage and stonewalled every step of the way! I want to warn anyone considering this company: do not hire them. What happened Short version: their crew ran over a section of our French drain, damaged trees on our property, left huge rutts in our driveway, and left glass where our kids play. We had already scheduled and paid to have the road/driveway paved, so their mistake directly impacted a major and expensive project. After the crew initially tried to hide the accident and damage. Their response Instead of taking responsibility and coordinating a professional repair, the company tried to brush this off. They initially offered only a visual inspection, which is useless for buried drains. When pressed, they suggested bringing in their own crew

Had a great experience with the moving crew led by Rick. The guys Manny, Lea, Tim and Pat were so thorough, careful and patient. One of the most stress free moving days I’ve had and I’ve moved a lot! Thanks you all.

While Curt and Julie were great, the rest of our move was a complete disaster. 90% of the boxes showed up crushed, the items Bekins packed are missing essential components, (we have been sleeping on the floor waiting for this delivery, and now we can't even put our beds together.) There are footprints all over our crushed boxes, and it seems like it will be easier to claim what didn't break vs what did. Total disregard for our stuff. 'Fragile' boxes on the bottom of piles; "this side up" pointing down, and our electric piano was shoved into the back of the truck diagonally, with a basketball net on top it, breaking it into pieces.
