These guys were sub-contracted by northAmerican Van Lines to handle our packing and movement to the sea port. This was the worst experience we have ever had in 20 years of international moves. It started when they entered the house and had to be asked to put protective covers on the floors. We should have realized then. They damaged the house during packing and had to make repairs. They packed our good very poorly, including not labelling, incorrect labelling (when they did), poor/no protection to items, not disassembling items as expected, putting heavy items on top of smaller ones and much more ... They then left the stuffed container in our street ... unlocked. When I called them, they asked me to go to a store and buy a lock! The next morning, when my wife complained to them, they

They lied about the price and then price gouged before they would load the truck. The person who stated they were calling their supervisor only spoke Russian so made it impossible to know what was really going on. They were bullying and very unprofessional. Not sure that I will ever see my property again. Definitely would never want anyone to call moving solutions because that’s not who you get on moving days and phone calls are dodged.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My charity's fundraising soap shop recently moved in the dead of winter! Moving Solutions team members Rick, Scott and Josh braved the extremely cold weather paying close attention to all of my 'fragile' candles and custom-made furniture. They were awesome! Kind, friendly and constantly told me, "I got this for you....." I was VERY impressed with their individual personalities that collectively assured me they were there to GET IT DONE!!!! Our money was well spent! Thank you, Moving Solutions, for a job well done!!!! God bless you all!!!

Moving Solutions was the most professional and positive moving experience we have ever had. The team (Erich, Josh, Jacob and Tre) sent for pack up and move in days was one of the best group of men. They were kind, patient, and understanding. They required minimal instructions and were very flexible with last minute changes we made in adding in a stop to our storage unit after the house. The price quoted was consistent with final invoice paid, even after the add in stop. Don and the office team were very timely in response and so easy to work with. Would recommend this company multiple times over without hesitation!

We were very unhappy with our move. I hesitated in even giving one star to this company. First we had new movers who did not know how to wrap furniture and they did not take shelving pegs out of furniture. Many pegs are now lost. They also took way too long to prepare furniture for the move. Even the head mover apologized for taking too long. We ended up getting more hours billed than we should have. The difference in the estimate and the bill came out to be around 1000.00. I get new movers may not be as quick as experienced movers but they definitely did not seem to be trained and we ended up paying for their inexperience. In addition, the movers claimed they were not able to carry 3 pieces of furniture up the stairs. They did not even attempt to move them up the stairs. We are n
