Mow, Blow & Go

Bill is extremely unprofessional. I would give Bill zero Stars if I were able to. His customer service is horrendous and he is absolutely unprofessional. He calls people out of their name and threatens them when he does not agree with you. When he was approached about a situation that he was responsible for, he threatened to get a gun out. I fired him due to his disrespectful attitude in the past but he continues to mow my neighbors lawn. He retaliated by driving through my yard leaving tire marks in my lawn and drive way. I would not recommend hiring him for any services even if he was the last landscaper on earth.

I'd give Bill and Mow, Blow, & Go negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! Bill came to our home for a site visit and to discuss the services we wanted. He started the conversation by asking if we knew our neighbor. He then shared that same neighbor owed him money. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! That was unsolicited personal information about another client. during the site visit, we verbally agreed to mulch the leaves in my front yard and blow the side leaves and back leaves further down into the back yard (cannot get mower into back yard) for $50. Told him to send an invoice so that we can pay. 1st invoice he sent was for $65. Reminded him of our agreed amount of $50 and to resend. He was non-responsive to my emails and unprofessional in his emails when he finally

Thank goodness we didn't waste any money with Mow, Blow & Go. Bill was super rude after we told him what our needs were. His reply was "we're not interested if it's not full service". 12 month contact at $220 per month.

I would have given them no stars. They were rude when I called asked about their services. He was not interest unless we wanted monthly cractrd services.. I asked if it was possible to get a mow and blow service to check the quality of their work. He was not receptive to that and said they were professionals and hung up. Ridiculous!

He came to our house to give us a price- he was rude, talked politics and kicked a hole in the grass that we are trying to get to grow. I couldn't wait for him to get off property, I almost asked him to leave.
