Very disappointed with this company. The carpet installation started in November 2025 and, as of February 28th, 2026, it still is not completely finished. What should have been a straightforward job has dragged on for months with no clear resolution. The installation work that has been completed appears rushed in areas, and the lack of urgency in finishing the project is frustrating. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and getting updates has been difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

Matt and Conner went above and beyond on the delivery of my new lift chair. I would give them a 10 plus. Also Madison our sales girl was awesome prompt and very accommodating! Would also give a 10 plus. Great place to buy furniture!

I shopped and compared price for twin beds in Sioux City, and Mozak was competitive and had the quality I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was great. They put together the bed frames and arranged where I wanted the furniture were polite and professional. I will return for my furniture purchases. Thank you Mozak! Pam Fulton

Great price on a couch last week as they are having a moving sale. Today’s delivery was quick and efficient, the two delivery guys were very helpful and took it in the door and up a set of stairs into our living room. Great work from these 2 guys,
